Barney is a young man, born in xxxx, who came to the Refuge with his brother Clyde. Both Barney and his brother spent their kitten months in the wild and when they were released into the general cat population of the Refuge, they went out onto the grounds and became somewhat remote. But recently, Barney and Clyde have been spending more time indoors in our Studio building and are showing signs of being interested in people and petting!Barney is a handsome grey and white marble swirl boy with an inquisitive and friendly look. He likes high places and if you visit the Goathouse, don't be surprised to see him looking down at you! Barney is one of our Cats for Patient Cat People and would greatly benefit from some one-on-one attention from a kind human friend who would help him overcome his shyness.
